The GDP Inspectorate has reviewed the GDP inspection deficiency data for 2016. The full report can be accessed here and is based on a sample of approximately 10% of inspections with results set out in charts that can be used directly by licence holders. Deficiency examples are also given to enable industry to perform its own assessment and comparison.
