About the MHRA Inspectorate blog
This is the official blog of the Inspectorate at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. The mission of the Inspectorate is to protect public health by making sure that medicines are available and are of the right quality, applying appropriate standards of regulation. This is achieved by licensing and inspecting all UK manufacturers, wholesale dealers and importers of medicines and by inspecting clinical trials and toxicology laboratories.
A large part of the role of the MHRA Inspectorate involves engaging with stakeholders. This blog will help to keep you informed of the latest changes to regulatory thinking and changes in guidance and requirements. We’ll give you updates from inspectors and managers here at MHRA and invite you to comment and give us your feedback.
When posting comments, please observe our blog participation guidelines and moderation policy.
